These private virtual coaching sessions offer practical support for daily rhythm, mindset, and intentional living.


Rooted in yoga philosophy and informed through a modern lens, we work together to identify small, sustainable shifts that support clarity and steadiness in your everyday life.


This is not a rigid protocol or performance-based program. It is thoughtful guidance designed to help you make aligned decisions and build habits that feel realistic and supportive. Sessions are conversational, reflective, and grounded in real-world integration.


Sessions may include:

Virtual Yoga Lifestyle Coaching sessions are available individually or in multi-session packages.

Align + Awaken

Align + Awaken is a 7-session, somatic-informed coaching container rooted in yoga philosophy and modern, practical integration.


This experience is designed for thoughtful growth. It offers structured support without pressure and reflection without performance.


Each session centers on a theme inspired by classical yogic principles such as self-compassion, awareness, clarity, and integration. These ideas are not taught academically. They are woven naturally into conversation as we explore patterns, decision-making, and self-trust.

This work is not about fixing yourself. It is about realignment. Staying steady. Returning to what feels true.


This program includes:


• Seven 1:1 virtual coaching sessions

• Somatic-informed yoga and movement practices

• Gentle accountability and mindfulness

• Practical integration tools for daily life


Align + Awaken is best suited for those who value structure, depth, and continuity. Growth here is intentional and sustainable rather than rushed or dramatic.

Somatic Yoga + Movement

These private virtual sessions support nervous system regulation through gentle, intentional movement.


Each session blends somatic-informed yoga, breath awareness, and guided mindfulness to create space for steadiness and reconnection to the self. There is no pressure to fix, analyze, or perform. The focus is simple: return to the body.


Meeting virtually allows you to practice in your own safe space and at your own pace. Many people find exploring somatic work in this way to be more comfortable and supportive than feeling exposed or vulnerable in a studio or group class.


Sessions are paced slowly and intentionally and are especially supportive during seasons of fatigue, stress, or transition.


You will explore:


• Gentle somatic-informed yoga and functional movement

• Breath awareness and regulation practices

• Guided mindfulness

• A steady, restorative pace

• Space for integration

Virtual Yoga

Private virtual yoga sessions offer attentive, personalized guidance you can experience from home. My teaching is shaped by over 18 years of experience and emphasizes safety, accessibility, and nervous system awareness.


Classes are gentle, alignment-based, and adaptable to your needs, whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to establish a steady, supportive practice that fits your life.


Sessions include gentle movement, breath-work, grounding, and real-time guidance with options offered throughout. Virtual yoga is available in flexible class packages and scheduled by appointment.
