These offerings are shaped by my background in yoga, Reiki, and yoga lifestyle coaching. I have been teaching yoga for over 18 years and hold an E-RYT 500 | YACEP designation through Yoga Alliance, along with certification as a Yoga Lifestyle Coach and training as a Reiki practitioner.

Align + Awaken

Align + Awaken is a 7-week Yoga Lifestyle Coaching journey inspired by yogic wisdom and translated through a modern, grounded lens. This experience is designed to support clarity, self-awareness, and intentional change through reflective conversation, gentle accountability, and practical integration.


Each week explores a theme rooted in yoga philosophy, woven naturally into conversation rather than taught formally. The focus is on understanding patterns, reconnecting with what matters, and taking aligned next steps that feel sustainable and honest.

• Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

• Reflective, intuitive dialogue

Align + Awaken is for those seeking growth that feels thoughtful, grounded, and supportive rather than forceful.

Rest + Refocus

Rest + Refocus is a private, virtual offering that blends gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki to support rest, grounding, and inner regulation. This experience is designed as a quiet return to the body and breath, without pressure to fix, analyze, or perform.


This series of personalized sessions is intuitive and supportive, creating space for release, nervous system settling, and re-connection with your natural rhythm. This offering is especially supportive during seasons of emotional fatigue, overwhelm, or major life transitions.

• Gentle, intuitive yoga

• Calming breathwork and meditation

• Reiki for energetic support

• A slow, restorative pace

• Space for rest and integration

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki is offered as a quiet, intention-based session to support rest, grounding, and energetic balance. Sessions are conducted remotely and designed to be gentle, spacious, and non-directive.


This offering is not about fixing or forcing change. It is a supportive pause, allowing space for the nervous system to settle and for your own inner awareness to come forward naturally.


Distance Reiki may be especially supportive during times of stress, emotional fatigue, or transition.

Virtual Yoga

Private virtual yoga sessions offer attentive, personalized guidance you can experience from home. My teaching is shaped by over 18 years of experience and emphasizes safety, accessibility, and nervous system awareness.


Classes are gentle, alignment-based, and adaptable to your needs, whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to establish a steady, supportive practice that fits your life.


Sessions include gentle movement, breath-work, grounding, and real-time guidance with options offered throughout. Virtual yoga is available in flexible class packages and scheduled by appointment.
